In the first show of 2008, and also the first show in over a year, The Specialist and AKG return to the airwaves with special guest Te. The boys discuss Timbaland, 50 Cent, Wyclef Jean, Mary J. Blige, and the infusion of steroids into the hip-hop scene. The lads then pontificate on surgeries gone wrong, the infamous "2 Girls, 1 Cup" phenomenon, Te's quest for one ring to rule them all, and various workplace bathroom episodes.

What a triumphant return of the show!
However, I think that Te is grossly naive about the diamond ring issue and his girlfriend. His "Blood Diamond" excuse is laughable, and I think any long term relationship is getting off to a bad start if Te is unwilling to splurge for an engagement ring. Wake up Te! Break down, spend a little money, and buy her a real ring! Appliances or some paste substitute just won't do.
I eagerly hope that we don't need to wait until January 2009 for another installment of this fine podcast.
